The CORA: Yestermorrow Manufactured Housing Colloquium is exploring the potential of teaming architects with regional building fabricators to produce green and affordable housing for the Snow Belt.  Through a team approach of fabricators and architects, the colloquium aims to maximize the knowledge and problem solving skills of both to meet housing needs in the northeast.

Teams are encouraged to balance the three core values, identified by members the Colloquium, for duration of the projects.  Using a performance based analysis, teams will continually monitor and assess the design, affordability and sustainability of the projects.
